A flat-fee proposal and engagement agreement
Within 48 hours
You get one figure against a defined scope, in writing, before any work starts, with no hourly estimates and no ranges.
Before you call
Questions that arrive before the first call.
How quickly will someone respond?
An automatic reply lands in your inbox at once, and we will contact you within one business day. One of our attorneys reviews your form before we reply, so the reply speaks to your situation.
What does the first conversation cost?
Nothing. The call is confidential, it commits you to nothing, and it usually runs twenty to thirty minutes. By the end you know whether this is a matter for the firm, and the firm says so when it is not.
When do I find out what it costs?
Within forty-eight hours of that conversation you get a written scope and one flat fee, with no hourly estimates and no ranges. If the scope moves in a real way later, a revised proposal comes before the extra work.
Should I send documents with my first message?
No. Please hold back confidential or sensitive material until the firm has taken the matter on. Attorney-client privilege does not cover anything you send before that point. Tell us the shape of the matter, and we will take it from there.
Before you write
Please do not send confidential material yet.
Reaching Bella Law PLLC does not create an attorney-client relationship, whether you use this website, the phone, email or any other method.
No such relationship exists until the Firm has run a conflicts check, agreed to represent you, and both parties have signed an engagement letter.
Attorney-client privilege does not cover what you send before that letter is signed. So tell us the shape of the matter, and keep the documents until we have one in place.
